Chef Christina has been teaching pastry and culinary students for many years. During her years of teaching she noticed there was a gap in her students knowing and understanding the kitchen basics. Christina began teaching the necessary French techniques, however, she began altering a few of the basic steps to save valuable time in the kitchen. Chef Christina teaches all of her students how to make time for a good meal in our busy lives. By showing her students how to tweak the basics, she helps them to not only make a speedy meal, but also a quality meal.
Chef Christina has also spent a lot of time in the pastry world. She has been making wedding cakes for over 10 years and has learned a lot in the process. She loves to teach others the little tips and tricks to help them be successful in their hopes of making an amazing piece of art.
