Charity Lighten

Charity is many things, including a wife, mother of four, business owner, and a lover of food. Charity’s passion for not only food, but also nutrition and the power of good food, has helped her create some insightful classes for Orson Gygi. Although she has too many hobbies to count including, cooking, exercising, and reading, her love and passion for living a healthy lifestyle tops the list.

Charity loves to teach others the benefits healthy food has on the body especially as it pertains to the prevention of disease. She was born in Canada, but received her degree in accounting from Brigham Young University, which brought her to Utah. She is currently working on her master’s degree in nutrition.
